This waiver must be read and accepted prior to completing registration for Envy Dance Challenge.

By checking the box at registration checkout and by proceeding with registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms on behalf of myself or the registered dancer (if under the age of 18).

1. Acknowledgment of Terms & Conditions
I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Envy Dance Challenge as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. I understand that my use of the website and participation in Envy Dance Challenge events are subject to these Terms, and continued use or registration implies agreement.

2. Eligibility & Consent
I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am the legal parent or guardian registering a dancer under the age of 18. I provide consent for the minor to participate in all aspects of the event.

3. Event Participation and Safety
I acknowledge that participation in dance-related events involves physical activity that may result in injury. I voluntarily assume all risk of injury or harm that may occur during or as a result of participation in Envy Dance Challenge and release Envy Dance Challenge, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
I understand that all payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to registration fees, tickets, and related services.
I acknowledge that:

• Envy Dance Challenge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If the event is cancelled by Envy Dance Challenge, a full refund or transfer option will be provided.

• No refunds will be given in the case of a no-show.

• Any refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed at the discretion of Envy Dance Challenge.

5. Use of Image and Likeness
I grant permission for Envy Dance Challenge to use any photos, videos, or recordings of the registered dancer taken during the event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation or prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property
I agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content, materials, or media shared by Envy Dance Challenge without prior written permission. All content is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Observer Pass & Admission Codes
I understand that each person wishing to observe the convention must purchase an Observer Pass.
If applicable, I agree to the policy regarding admission codes: only one discount code can be used per registration. If a dancer is redeeming a scholarship, they may not combine that with a studio code in the same transaction.

8. Privacy
I have reviewed and I accept the Envy Dance Challenge Privacy Policy, including how my personal information will be collected, stored, and used https://www.envydancechallenge.com/privacy-policy.

9. Jurisdiction
I agree that any disputes arising from this agreement or participation in Envy Dance Challenge events will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and will be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.
